C) Professional feature sheet package. This is a full colour feature sheet of your property with pictures and additional details...........................................................................................................................$125.00

D) Fee payable to Buyers Representative (paid at closing)......................................................2.5% suggested

E) If you (the seller) introduce and show the buyer (not represented by another Registrant) your house, you can eliminate the commission payable to the buyers representative and we will negotiate the offers and complete the appropriate paperwork (Add $995 for negotiation and administration fee)

* All Services and Disbursements are subject to applicable taxes and are paid at signing, with the exception of the Buyer's Representative Fee, which is paid from the proceeds of the sale.

For example: If your home is listed for sale at $500,000 then your listing fee for full MLS and Realtor service
